TERMS

♦ Budget Payments can be applied to your account at any time
regardless if you are making charges or not.
♦ If your account has a balance , your budget payment will automatically be applied to your oldest balance.
♦ You will receive your monthly account statement , and you can
monitor your account balance online.
♦ When charges are being applied your account must remain within the terms of the Eel River Fuels, Inc
customer agreement.
♦ All credit policies apply , as specified in the customer agreement.
♦ It is the customers responsibility to monitor the budget payments , and credit balances.
♦ Budget payments can be applied to any purchases from Eel River Fuels, Inc.
♦ A 2% electronic handling charge will be applied to refunds on credit balances , 30 days after notification in writing
from the customer , and the account balance is paid in full.
♦ Payment amounts are entirely the at discretion of the customer , Eel River Fuels, Inc. has no responsibility to
continue service if the account status is not within the terms of the customer agreement.
♦ Charges will be immediately applied to any credits.
♦ The customer understands that Budget Payments are solely for the purpose of providing a service to the customer to
assist with the forecasting of their monthly expenditures , and in no way represents a contract for services , or pricing.
